Since 1975, Nortak has designed, developed, and supported computer applications and systems for government and private enterprises. Nortak provides complete solutions beginning with feasibility and requirements studies, leading into systems analysis, design, development and implementation, and finishing off with testing, documentation, maintenance and support. We are experienced in many areas of IT services delivery including Website design, development, and hosting; e-Commerce solutions; Call Centre management software; Client Relations Management (CRM) software; User Support; Integrated Voice Response (IVR) systems; Legacy Systems maintenance and development; and Social Programs application systems development, maintenance, and support. We invest in product development with our offerings including the CallBase suite of products for Client Relations Management (CRM), Sportak for Internet-based event registrations management, and NORTAK RBS, a report balancing product for scheduling systems. Nortak is a Canadian-owned private corporation with offices in Ottawa and Toronto, and currently employs approximately 40 full-time employees and subcontractors.
